Hye Hosting has a 24-hour refund policy. This means that we will give you a refund within 24 hours of your order. This refund policy only applies to a user's first order, and said user is only able to receive a 24 hour refund once. After the 24 hours have passed the user cannot receive a refund on the service. The 24 hour time period starts from which the time which the order was activated. If the user is found to be creating multiple accounts and requests a refund, the refund request will be denied. To claim a refund, login to your Hye Hosting account at https://hyehosting.com, then open the page listing your services, then press the service you would like to cancel and press the cancel button. Our team will get to issuing your refund as soon as possible. After our team has issued the refund, it will normally take 3-5 days for the payment to show up on your account, however in rare cases, this process can take up to 30 days. If the process does take more than 5 days, please go to PayPal customer support before going to Hye Hosting support, as it is most likely an issue in their system and not ours. If they cannot solve the issue, then and only then go to Hye Hosting support with the matter.
