What is Citizens?

Citizens is a plugin that allows you to create NPCs that are able to move, and players are able to interact with.

Requirements

1. A server running Bukkit or some distribution of Bukkit (Such as Spigot or Paper)

1. Download Citizens from this link

2. Upload the server jar to the plugins folder

3. Restart your server

Basic Commands

/npc help	Lists the commands applicable to NPC creation
/npc create	Creates an NPC
/npc select	Selects an NPC
